You will lead policy development, standards and strategic initiatives while embedding risk mindset across AP+ and partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision making.

Responsibilities include designing risk appetite measures, reporting, and driving governance for risk policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business objectives.
