PepsiCo Australia is seeking a Maintenance Frontline Manager to lead the Monday–Friday maintenance trades teams, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality maintenance across the plant. You will collaborate with production, engineering and quality to maximize plant availability and minimize downtime.

The role requires trade qualifications or engineering degree, with robust leadership and hands‑on experience in FMCG/settings, plus knowledge of mechanical/electrical/automation systems and HACCP/GMP
