Office all-rounder/Sales administration role

We are a national company who supply portable air conditioning, heating, ventilation and restoration products for hire and sale.

Our Hallam branch requires a confident, reliable, mature minded individual with strong computer skills, organisational skills and a can do attitude to join our great team and assist with:-

- Customer Invoicing
- Customer and job set-up, quoting and administration
- Chasing recent sales leads - great interpersonal skills & phone confidence required
- Management of the customer CRM for our Victorian and Queensland branches
- Management of special projects on an Ad Hoc basis




- Some marketing/social media management experience would be looked upon favourably to enable you to assist the Marketing Co-ordinator with targeted marketing campaigns

The right fit is essential as you will be part of a close knit small, but amazing, team of professionals managing multiples entities within the group. As we are a small team we are looking for someone that can also train with and provide backup for other members of the team during peak times.

We envisage this as a 4 -5 day part-time position (25 -30 hrs per week) with some initial flexibility regarding the setting of work hours but the right candidate must be available to work on Fridays.
