About the role
There is an exciting opportunity to join the Knowledge, Learning & Capability team in a temporary 5/6 capacity as a Knowledge, Learning and Capability Officer.
In this role,
you will provide administrative and coordination support for the delivery of best practice knowledge management, learning, and development frameworks to ensure our team members have access to accurate content, and that our learning initiatives support effective, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
You will support our teams to drive and deliver with consistency, clarity, and confidence by supporting change and improvement initiatives, maintaining effective internal stakeholder working relationships, updating learning and knowledge systems, and providing general administrative support to the team.
There will be a Suitability Assessment of a targeted question (below), and an Informal Interview for this role.
To be successful, you will:
- Demonstrate experience in coordination and support, particularly in uplift initiatives and projects would be desirable
- Clear and strong communication skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Show a commitment to deliver results and utilising technology
- Contribute to positive and inclusive team culture

with the base salary for this role starting at 102936 base plus superannuation
