As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of OMEGA, delivering an exceptional boutique experience that reflects the prestige of our brand. More than a sales role, this is an prospect to build meaningful relationships with clients, share the stories behind our iconic collections, and create exceptional customer experiences that stand the test of time.

Delivering the OMEGA experience

- Build genuine and lasting relationships with clients, cultivating loyalty and repeat business to deliver a world class customer experience

- Contribute to the achievement of boutique sales targets through exceptional service and product expertise

- Support the growth and maintenance of the client and VIP database, ensuring personalised follow up and engagement

- Develop an in depth understanding of OMEGA's heritage, collections, innovations, and watchmaking expertise

- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards, ensuring every detail reflects the luxury positioning of our brand

- Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and boutique operations, including stock counts and supporting inventory management processes

- Organise and maintain boutique resources, including product packaging, warranties, instruction manuals, and visual merchandising materials





- Participate in ongoing training programs and product education to continuously enhance your knowledge and performance.

About you

You are passionate about the OMEGA brand and naturally excel at creating memorable client experiences. You understand that true luxury is in the detail, and you take pride in delivering a tailored service that is as unique as each customer. Your skills and experience will include:

- Previous experience within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, or a client focused premium environment
- An ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for presentation

- You have initiative, energy, and enthusiasm, with flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and peak trade periods

- Experience, knowledge or a passion of the luxury watches is highly regarded
