WE’RE HIRING - EXPERIENCED FIELD COFFEE MACHINE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for an experienced Road / Field Coffee Machine Technician to join our service team.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose, service and repair commercial coffee equipment in cafes and hospitality venues.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial coffee machine technician
- Minimum 3 years on-road service and repair experience
- Robust experience with La Marzocco, Synesso, Sanremo, Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino coffee machines
- Experience servicing and repairing Mazzer and other commercial coffee grinders
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Confident diagnosing hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
- Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Emergency breakdown repairs
- Machine installations and commissioning
- Grinder servicing, repairs and calibration
- Ability to work independently and diagnose problems efficiently on site




- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and well presented
- Current Australian driver’s licence

The successful applicant must be experienced working on the road and capable of attending service calls, preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdowns without supervision. This is not an entry-level or trainee position. We are looking for an experienced commercial coffee equipment technician who can hit the ground running.
