Offering great training and ongoing support, we are seeking a casual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our eCommerce team based in Tottenham.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Handle incoming sales and order enquiries
- Process customer orders
- Manage "LiveChat"
- Organise customer deliveries
- Arrange customer returns and general administration tasks




- Respond to daily email communication
- Answer incoming calls
- Liaise with suppliers

Skills required:

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Retail and administration experience
- Demonstrated impeccable customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- A results-oriented focus
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to adapt hours to seasonal times and business needs

Working Days: Casual rotating roster between Monday to Saturday
