About the Role
Living onsite at Parkes Showground, you will be a key point of contact for campers, visitors, user groups, contractors and event organisers.
Reporting to the Land Manager, you will help ensure the Showground operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a varied position combining campground operations, customer service, grounds maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, facility oversight and event support.
The role would suit an experienced individual, or potentially a couple, who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining community facilities and is comfortable managing changing operational priorities.
As the Showground operates throughout the year, flexibility will be required during weekends, public holidays, major events and peak camping periods. This may include responding to occasional after-hours operational matters.
