This is a hands-on operations role where you'll provide Level 2 support across business-critical applications, databases, servers and supporting infrastructure. You'll investigate incidents, drive operational improvements and help maintain the integrity of systems that process high volumes of real-time transactions.

You'll also contribute to automation, monitoring and operational excellence initiatives, helping improve service reliability and reduce operational risk.

What you’ll do

- Provide Level 2 support across critical business systems and applications
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve production incidents
- Own incidents through to resolution and post-incident review
- Monitor system health, performance and operational stability




- Improve monitoring, alerting and operational tooling
- Support production releases and service transitions
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support roster

What you’ll bring

- Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments
- Strong Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and operational issues
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability and alerting tools
- Understanding of ITIL-based service management practices
- Scripting capability using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong commitment to documentation and knowledge sharing
- Experience in high-volume, highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
