Summit Fleet established in Australia in 1997 is a leading provider of Fleet Management and Leasing solutions including some of the most advanced web based support for customers in the market. We also bring to the industry an experienced and established management team. Summit Fleet is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Operations Administrator/Receptionist to join our team located in Rydalmere. Reporting to the Operations Administration Team Leader you will have a flexible approach, strong time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Duties as follows but not limited to:

- Operations administration
- Reception and switchboard duties
- Process vehicle registrations, infringements, E-tag / toll transactions, fuel cards and invoicing

This is an excellent chance to secure a permanent position within a friendly team with a supportive Team Leader and Manager who will provide training within the role. This role has, in the past, been a springboard for career growth within Summit Fleet. Skills and experience The successful candidate will be a friendly, analytical person with problem solving skills. You will be capable of handling multiple tasks with the initiative to ensure consistent follow up when necessary. Following skills and experience are required:

- Switchboard operation
- Reception / customer service experience
- Data entry and computer skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience within the Fleet Management or the Automotive Industry - preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a team environment
