About the role

This one's a little different. You won't be managing a crew or a client book, you'll be the person everyone else relies on to do their job properly. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of our operating systems, training pathways, vehicle and equipment fleet, and compliance records, with genuine scope to build and shape them your way.

You're hands on with the detail because you care about getting it right: SOPs kept current, every new starter given a proper training pathway, and vehicle registrations and servicing never left to chance. And when something isn't working, you don't just flag it, you dig into why and drive the fix.

What you'll be doing

Building and maintaining SOPs, process documentation and training pathways across the business. Owning vehicle and equipment records, servicing schedules and start up checks. Keeping compliance records,



licences and certifications current for the whole team.

Analysing and reporting on compliance, fleet and training data so the General Manager always has a explicit, current picture of what's working and what needs attention. Supporting the General Manager and Section Leaders with day to day admin and coordination, and helping keep our safety systems genuinely alive, not just on paper.

What we're looking for

Someone with a solid background in operations, administration, compliance or process improvement, who enjoys owning a function end to end rather than waiting to be told what needs fixing. You're comfortable working with data and turning it into explicit, useful reporting, and genuinely proactive, when you spot something that isn't working, you don't wait to be asked, you bring the fix, not just the problem. You're organised, detail focused, and comfortable coordinating across multiple sites and stakeholders.

A current driver's licence and flexibility to move between locations will help you settle in.
