United Franchise Group is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Advisor to support the growth of the Black Optix Tint brand. In this role, you’ll coach and guide new franchise owners, helping them successfully launch and operate their businesses through structured training, real-world insights, and ongoing support.

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training programs (up to 2 weeks) for new and existing franchise owners
- Provide one-on-one coaching on business planning, operations, marketing, and financial management
- Serve as a key liaison between the brand and corporate training team
- Identify training needs and coordinate schedules with internal stakeholders
- Update, enhance, and create brand-specific training curriculum and Success Guides
- Partner with leadership on brand initiatives and special projects
- Ensure compliance with required operational learning programs
- Conduct ongoing training sessions, seminars, and continued education programs
- Travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to support franchise locations
- Lead and support new franchise launches, including in-store setup, marketing activation, and operational readiness
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to franchise owners on daily operations, sales, and business performance
- Train franchisees and their teams on systems, tools, and brand standards
- Consult with owners to identify challenges and implement practical solutions to improve performance
- Support marketing efforts, local events,



and networking opportunities to drive business growth
- Partner with corporate teams to identify field trends, training needs, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to training curriculum updates and participate in franchisee onboarding programs
- Ensure franchisees are aligned with brand standards and required operational programs
- Attend and support brand events, conferences, and trade shows as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Tinting experience required. Must have experience working in a tint shop or possess the skills and knowledge to professionally tint windows
- 1–3+ years of related experience in training, operations, or business coaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as needed for trainings, store visits, and events 50%
- Solid background in operations, sales, or franchise/business environments
- Ability to coach, influence, and build relationships with franchise owners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve and think critically in fast-paced environments
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable speaking to groups and leading trainings
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple locations or priorities
