We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business operations, process improvement, data analysis, performance optimization, and supporting data-driven operational decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data, processes, workflows, and business performance metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple operational sources.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
- Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational models, forecasts, and performance tracking tools.
- Analyze productivity, service levels, resource utilization, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, capacity analysis, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes and reporting activities.
- Track projects, operational initiatives, and improvement plans to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and other departments.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate operational records, databases, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of new operational policies, systems, and procedures.
- Continuously research industry trends and best practices to improve business operations.

✅ Requirements




- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, projects, or analytical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, KPI tracking, and performance management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to translate operational data into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
