We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to join our growing team in the Northern Beaches. Market-competitive salary negotiable depending on the experience and qualifications.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Tasks include but not limited to:





- Service and repair bookings with strata/building manager/tenants
- Scheduling technicians
- Handling technicians job sheets
- Quoting and invoicing
- Day-to-day admin in cooperation with the service coordination team and technicians

- Experience in the fire protection industry
- Experience using UPTICK
- Team player
- Professional, well presented & honest
- Highly motivated & driven with close attention to detail
- Ability to complete given tasks within agreed timeframe
