We're now looking for an Operations Delivery Analyst to play a key role in delivering operational excellence across our growing portfolio.

About the Role

This is a highly collaborative and wide-ranging position suited to an analytical problem solver who enjoys improving processes, working across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring operational services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with Product Managers, Account Managers, Operations teams, the Customer Experience Centre, and other internal stakeholders, you'll help coordinate implementations, maintain operational systems and documentation, support governance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your work will directly impact the delivery of services to automotive clients, mobility clubs, and millions of members across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support the delivery and implementation of operational services for clients, mobility clubs, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain Salesforce configurations, operational processes, and key service documentation.
- Prepare reporting, billing validations, reconciliations, and support governance and compliance activities.
- Analyse operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with Product,



Account Management, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful outcomes and operational readiness.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in business analysis, operational delivery, implementation, process improvement, or a similar operational role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Process Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant operational, implementation, or business analysis role
- Nice to have: Experience within: Automotive services, Mobility solutions, Roadside assistance & Customer service delivery environments
