About the Company Our client, a leading Australian Agribusiness providing cutting-edge products and integrated solutions to Australian farmers is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities

(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)

- Establish and drive consistent site operating standards across all locations
- Oversee site infrastructure, maintenance planning, and asset reliability
- Act as single-point accountability for EHS performance across all canola sites
- Responsible for full audit lifecycle Preparation, Execution, Close-out and corrective actions
- Budget management - alignment with safety improvements, compliance requirements and operational efficiency

Education / Experience / Skills





- Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or similar
- Business Management and Administration experience
- Experience in farming, agricultural operations or rural business coordination preferred
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi-site environment highly regarded
- Operating trial equipment and/or farm machinery experience
