Your new company We are working with an established organisation who is undertaking a significant business transformation program focused on expanding, establishing and redesigning functions. To support this program, they are seeking an experienced Organisational Design & Workforce Transition Lead to deliver a defined portfolio of people-related transformation initiatives.

Your new role

Working as part of a dedicated transformation team, you will lead the people and workforce components of several organisational design and transition initiatives.

You will partner closely with senior leaders, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications and project teams to translate business requirements into practical organisation and workforce solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading organisational design activity across the establishment, expansion and redesign of functions
- Facilitating the development of future-state structures, roles, accountabilities and reporting relationships
- Reviewing current operating models and identifying opportunities to improve scalability, effectiveness and service delivery
- Developing workforce transition, role-mapping and implementation plans
- Leading people-related change, consultation and restructuring activity
- Supporting redeployment, redundancy and role-transition processes where required
- Advising leaders on workforce impacts, employee relations risks and change approaches
- Developing communication, engagement and business-readiness plans
- Facilitating workshops to define operating models and workforce requirements
- Managing a portfolio of transformation initiatives, including milestones, risks, governance and dependencies
- Supporting recruitment,



onboarding, capability uplift and knowledge transfer
- Monitoring implementation outcomes and supporting sustainable transition into business operations

What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced organisational design or workforce transformation professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading organisational design, workforce transformation or business restructuring initiatives
- Strong capability in operating-model design, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
- Experience managing consultation, redeployment, redundancy or workforce-transition processes
- The ability to influence and advise senior leaders through complex organisational change
- Strong project management, governance and risk-management capability
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Experience managing several interconnected transformation initiatives
- The ability to balance commercial outcomes, employee experience and organisational risk
- Experience within shared services, business services or centralised operating environments
- Working knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand employment requirements relating to consultation and organisational change
