Brockman Community House is a respected not-for-profit community organisation, proudly serving our community since 1986. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated Children’s Services team.

Our service provides Long Day Care and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) for up to 92 children, with a robust commitment to inclusion, community connection and providing high-quality care and learning experiences.

About the Roles

Diploma / Certificate III & IV Educators

We are seeking qualified educators who are passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

In this role, you will be encouraged to take an active role in creating and delivering a safe, engaging and compliant program for children. You will be responsible for:

- Assisting with planning and implementing engaging daily experiences
- Contributing to program documentation in line with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider school community
- Supporting children’s individual needs, interests and development
- Working collaboratively with the wider education team
- Supporting and mentoring fellow educators
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment

Educator – Certificate III, IV or Working Towards As an Educator,



you will support the delivery of high-quality care and education while developing your skills and knowledge within a supportive team.

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting with daily routines and program implementation
- Engaging children in meaningful play, learning and recreational experiences
- Supporting a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborating with educators to meet the individual needs of children
- Assisting with the preparation of activities, experiences and resources
- Contributing to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For We would love to hear from people who have:

- Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, or are currently working towards a qualification
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current National Police Clearance
- Experience working in an OSHC or early childhood setting is desirable
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and flexible approach
- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to our team
