up to $110,000 per year + super + salary packaging

As the Team Leader - Operations, you'll oversee a broad range of operational functions including facilities, fleet, procurement, projects, administration, customer service and onboarding/offboarding. You'll lead a small team of up to 4 staff, drive process improvements, support organisational planning, and ensure operational systems run efficiently, safely and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead and supervise operational staff across administration, customer service and facilities support

n

Manage facilities and fleet operations including leases, relocations, maintenance and compliance

n

Coordinate onboarding/offboarding in partnership with HR and IT

n

Support procurement and vendor management ensuring governance and value-for-money

n

Lead organisational projects such as office fit-outs, relocations and refurbishments

n

Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a high-quality service experience

n

Contribute to WHS compliance and operational risk management

n





Prepare reports and analyse operational data to support planning and decision-making

n

About you

n

Experience in operations, facilities, fleet or procurement (especially fleet and facilities experience is needed)

n

Leadership experience across admin, reception or customer service teams

n

Solid analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability

n

Experience managing vendors, contracts and compliance requirements

n

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

n

Excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset

n

A current driver's licence and relevant compliance checks
