Job Description

Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multi-residential developmentsacross Brisbane. They are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team on a high-rise mixed-use development in the Northgate area.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and maintain QA/QC processes, ITPs and site inspections to ensure construction standards are met.
n
- Monitor the construction programme and coordinate inspection schedules and site activities.
n
- Raise and manage RFIs, project registers and quality documentation.
n
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve site and quality issues.
n
- Support HSEQ, safety inspections and continuous improvement across the project.
n

Requirements

n

n




- 3 years' experience in multi-residential or high-rise construction projects.
n
- Strong understanding of QA/QC, ITPs, inspections, RFIs and construction documentation.
n
- Proficiency with construction/project management and document control systems.
n
- Carpentry/building trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction, Building or a related discipline.
n
