$115,000 - $140,000 per year + Commissions

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead the growth of our sales operations and expand our client base in the commercial cleaning and facility services sector. If you have a passion for closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Candidates with prior experience in the cleaning industry will be given priority consideration for this role.

This is an on-site position - it is not available as remote or hybrid.

What You'll Do

n

Identify and secure recent cleaning contracts to drive business growth

n

Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed company targets

n

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

n

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

n

Conduct market research to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

n

Partner with management on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

n

Leverage your industry contacts and market knowledge to generate new business leads

Travel to client sites and prospective accounts as needed

What You Bring

n

Proven sales experience is essential - candidates with a background in commercial cleaning, facility services, or related B2B services are strongly preferred and will have a distinct advantage in the selection process

n

Solid understanding of commercial cleaning operations, service offerings, and the contract/tendering process

n

An existing network within the cleaning or facilities management industry is highly regarded

n

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

n

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

n

A self-starter who's goal-oriented and comfortable working independently

n

Strong organizational skills - able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

n

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

n

A valid driver's license is recommended given travel requirements
