Position Summary:

- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.

- Warmly welcome & serve our guests.

- Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience.

- Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations

- Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes

- Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed

- Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests

Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff

Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely

Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department

Communicate any emergency, lost item or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities

Influence the team and assist in progressing their career goals

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

About You:

- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar

- Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role

- Working rights in Australia

- Enthusiastic to escalate your career

- Self-motivated,



driven and energized in a fast-paced environment

- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor

- Guest relations or front office supervisory experience

- Personable communication skills

- Availability to work weekends and night shifts

- A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service
