We're looking for a Speechie who wants to walk into an existing caseload!

Building Better Brains is growing, and we're looking for a Paediatric Speech Therapist to join our warm, collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The best part? You won't be starting from scratch. We already have many families waiting for Speech Therapy support, so there is an existing caseload ready to build around your availability, interests and clinical strengths.

About the role You'll work with children and young people across a range of communication needs, with opportunities to support:





- Language and communication development
- Social communication and interaction
- Speech and articulation
- Functional communication
- Social skills
- Neurodivergent children and young people
- Family education and support
- Assessment and ongoing progress monitoring

You'll be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalised therapy programs, delivering engaging sessions, maintaining clinical documentation and collaborating with families and other professionals. There is flexibility around caseload and session structure, and we're happy to discuss what would work best for you.

About you

We're looking for a Speech Therapist who:

- Has experience working with children, particularly within paediatric and/or neurodivergent populations
- Is qualified as a Speech Pathologist/Therapist in Australia
- Is registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Brings a flexible, creative and child-centred approach to therapy
- Values neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practice
- Is confident working independently while enjoying collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Has strong communication, professionalism and ethical practice
- Holds a current WWCC and Police Check
- Has their own ABN and professional indemnity insurance
