We build ads that stop the scroll, not ones people politely ignore. You’ll be running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google for a rotating cast of brands, which means no two days (or dashboards) look the same. If you get bored easily, positive, because you won’t have time to.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

•Launching and optimising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads for multiple clients at once - juggling budgets like it’s your day job (it is).

•Living in the numbers daily — CPA, ROAS, CTR, and killing underperforming ads before they bleed budget.

•Running relentless A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences, because “set and forget” is not in our vocabulary.

•Setting up airtight tracking (Pixel, Google Tag, GA4) so every result is provable, not vibes-based.

•Turning performance data into weekly wins clients actually get excited to read.





•Staying two steps ahead of every platform update - Advantage+, Spark Ads, whatever’s next — before your competitors even notice it dropped.

You’ll Fit In If You

•Have 1–3+ years running real ad budgets on Meta and Google (TikTok chops are a big plus).

•Can context-switch between five different brand voices before lunch without breaking a sweat.

•Read a dashboard the way most people read a text message.

•Bonus points if you’ve worked automotive, 4x4, trade, or anything with an engine and an attitude.

•ROAS/CPA trending the right direction, every month, across every account.

•Test volume that makes our competitors look like they’re standing still.
