Role and Responsibilities:

- Support a team delivering high-quality horticultural maintenance across commercial sites.
- Coordinate daily workloads, team members and site priorities to meet client expectations.
- Complete mowing, pruning, hedging, planting and general garden maintenance.




- Operate and maintain horticultural machinery, tools and specialised equipment.
- Manage irrigation systems, identify faults and complete minor repairs where required.
- Complete pre-starts, Take 5s, SWMS and site reporting in line with company requirements.
- Build robust client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally on site.
- Maintain high site standards while ensuring team safety, productivity and WHS compliance.

What will you need?

- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
