The Role

We are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Pro Shop team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

These part-time positions will involve a combination of weekday, weekend and public holiday work, with flexibility to meet the operational needs of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service to members and visitors
- Assisting with member and visitor enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Performing day-to-day Pro Shop operations and administrative duties
- Managing telephone and email correspondence
- Processing competition bookings and retail sales enquiries
- Assisting with golf cart fleet management and maintenance coordination
- Supporting the smooth operation of competitions and golf events

Qualifications & Attributes

We're seeking candidates with

- A genuine interest in golf and the golf industry
- Excellent customer service skills




- Previous retail experience (highly regarded)
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Reliable, organised and skilled work habits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MiClub timesheet and competition software (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work during peak golf trading periods, including competition days, weekends and public holidays

Please note: Due to the operational requirements of the Pro Shop, successful applicants must be available to work during club competition times and major golf events. Applicants should be aware that regular availability during these periods is an essential requirement of the role.
