About the role

As Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful day-to-day operation of the Traralgon South service.

As Educational

Leader, you will work closely with educators and service leaders across Sale, Bairnsdale, Moe and Willow Grove, providing guidance and support with programming, documentation, reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Creating a safe, positive and engaging environment for children

- Planning and delivering meaningful, child-led experiences based on children's interests

- Developing and documenting programs aligned with My Time, Our Place

- Building positive relationships with children, families, the school and the wider community

- Supporting educators and maintaining high standards of supervision, safety and compliance

- Ensuring the service operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant policies and procedures

- Providing guidance and support to educators with programming and professional practice

About you

- A Bachelor qualification,



be studying towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or another relevant approved qualification; or be willing to enrol in an appropriate Diploma qualification

- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and My Time, Our Place, or a strong willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for creating fun, engaging and meaningful experiences for children
- The confidence to guide and support educators in their programming and qualified practice

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain the required training
