Our client is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team South of the River. This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a business and keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly.

The Role

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly reception service while supporting the wider team with general administration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Responding to general enquiries
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- General office administration and data entry
- Maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks as required
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly,



professional and approachable
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Previous reception or administration experience is highly regarded
