We're looking for a friendly, reliable Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming school environment in Gatton, QLD. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive difference, we'd love to hear from you!

Position: Permanent Part-time Cleaner

Hours: Every Thursday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Start Date: 03 September 2026

What you'll be cleaning

- Classrooms and office spaces
- Staff rooms and kitchen areas
- Amenities and bathrooms
- Hallways, entryways and common areas
- Outdoor areas as required

Your daily duties may include

- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning amenities and shared spaces
- Removing rubbish and restocking consumables
- Sanitising high-touch surfaces
- Maintaining high cleaning standards across the site

Requirements

Requirements: ✔ Available to work 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM every Thursday

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach

✔ Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Police Check, or willingness to obtain both before commencement

✔ Previous experience in commercial and school cleaning, with knowledge of periodical cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and operating scrubber machines (preferred)

✔ Available to work at least one week during each school holiday period, with flexibility to work additional days if required

✔ Reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, including responding to occasional cleaning emergency call-outs

✔ Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team while maintaining high cleaning standards
