Partner Enablement Manager

This is an opportunity to shape how partners learn, grow, and deliver value across the Sage ecosystem. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating partner readiness, enabling long-term success, and building scalable programmes that empower partners to confidently sell, implement, support, and grow Sage ERP solutions.

Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Support, you'll build engaging enablement experiences that strengthen partner capabilities, increase confidence, and drive better outcomes for both partners and customers.

What you'll be doing

Build world-class partner onboarding experiences

You'll design, manage, and continually improve structured onboarding programmes that give new partners the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to become successful members of the Sage ecosystem.

Drive partner readiness and capability development

You'll create and deliver enablement programmes that help partners effectively position, implement, and support Sage ERP solutions, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Manage the partner journey

From initial onboarding through to ongoing enablement, you'll guide partners through key milestones, track progress, remove barriers, and ensure they remain engaged and on track to achieve readiness goals.

Champion continuous learning





You'll identify emerging enablement needs and develop innovative learning initiatives that strengthen partner expertise, certification achievement, and overall business performance.

Measure impact and drive improvement

Using data and insights, you'll analyse programme effectiveness, engagement, readiness levels, and certification attainment, continuously refining your approach to maximise partner success.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines enablement expertise with robust relationship-building skills and a passion for helping partners succeed.

Essential Experience

- 4+ years' experience designing and delivering Partner Enablement programmes

- Strong understanding of partner enablement frameworks and best practices
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing structured onboarding programmes
- Experience executing partner engagement strategies in rapid-paced, evolving ecosystems
- Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, self-starting approach with a focus on continuous improvement

Desirable Experience
- Experience enabling and onboarding partners within ERP, accounting, financial technology, or business software organisations
- Understanding of ERP, finance, or accounting solutions
- Experience working with ERP, accounting, or financial management applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
