The opportunity

This is a senior client-facing role for a partner who operates at the executive and board level and brings genuine depth in the utilities and infrastructure sectors. As a Partner at Forvane, you will own and grow client relationships, lead our most consequential engagements, and play an active role in shaping how the firm grows. You will work directly alongside our Managing Director and broader global advisory network, including sector specialists across infrastructure, defence and M&A.;

What you will do

- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and board-level clients, positioning Forvane as the trusted adviser of choice for complex operational and strategic challenges.
- Drive business development, pursue new client opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help grow the firm's presence in the sector.
- Oversee engagements end-to-end across utilities, energy, and infrastructure clients; from diagnostic through to implementation and performance improvement.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, building the capability and culture of a high-performing, commercially minded team.





What you will bring

- 10 or more years in management consulting, advisory, or senior operational roles within utilities, infrastructure, energy, or engineering.
- A demonstrated record of contributing to revenue growth.
- Robust commercial acumen and understanding of what drives value in mid-tier businesses and can translate that into credible, actionable advice.
- The ability to lead without a large team behind you. Forvane is a boutique practice, and you will be expected to be both strategic and hands-on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the credibility to engage confidently at the board and C-suite level.
