We’re currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for either someone looking to kick-start or grow their career in automotive parts, with full support and training provided.

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts for vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

- Greet customers and assess their automotive parts needs. Provide recommendations and solutions based on their vehicle specifications and requirements.
- Utilise parts catalogues and databases to identify and locate the correct parts and accessories.
- Accurately process parts orders, including special orders and backorders. Ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing reorders,



and keeping the parts area organised.
- Offer technical support and advice to customers and service technicians on parts and repair procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory changes.

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience or a genuine passion to learn about vehicle parts and accessories.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Comfortable using computers to look up information and enter data.
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence
