A outstanding opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a critical payroll remediation and compliance program across a complex, multi-entity organisation.

This is a leadership-focused role where you will take ownership of the remediation program, providing direction across Payroll, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to ensure identified risks are addressed through to resolution.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end payroll remediation and compliance program
- Oversee historical payroll reviews, underpayment calculations and superannuation remediation
- Provide technical guidance across Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislation
- Identify and address payroll process and system configuration risks
- Establish strong governance, reporting and audit trails
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive remediation outcomes
- Mentor and support the current payroll team
