We're looking for a talented, driven Payroll Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a part of a highly collaborative and motivated team, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
- Maintaining payroll records and employee data
- Processing leave, payroll records and employee data
- Responding to payroll enquiries
- Preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll documentation

What you'll bring:





- Immediately available for a start
- 2+ years' proven experience in Business Payroll Process and BAU
- Previous experience using Aurion and PeopleSoft desirable
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, strive for results and process improvement
- Strong excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with others
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Preferably based in Brisbane (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
- Must be an Australian Citizen
