About the Role

WOW Recruitment are partnering with, a growing and established business in the refrigeration space, looking for a Service Coordinator to join their close-knit Customer Service team in Ingleburn.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving. You'll manage service requests from start to finish - speaking with customers, triaging issues, coordinating technicians and service agents, following up jobs and making sure customers are kept informed along the way.
n
You don't necessarily need previous Service Coordinator experience. Our client are open to someone from a customer service, automotive, manufacturing or other technical/product-based environment who is quick to learn, technically minded and has the initiative to figure things out.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Service Coordination: Manage incoming service requests across Refrigeration and Plumbing & Gas products, gathering the right information, triaging issues and determining the next steps.
n
- Technician & Agent Coordination: Allocate jobs to authorised service agents, liaise closely with technicians and proactively follow up outstanding jobs to ensure they continue progressing.
n
- Customer Support: Manage incoming calls, emails and service enquiries, keeping customers updated on job progress,
parts availability and expected completion times.
n
- Problem Solving & Triage: Ask the right questions to understand equipment issues, using Bromic's internal triage guides and product knowledge to determine the appropriate action.
n
- Administration & Systems: Maintain accurate job and customer information, update internal systems, support billing checks and assist with reporting and service-level tracking.
n
n
You Will Have
n
n
- 2-3+ years' experience in a customer service, coordination, scheduling or administration environment - ideally within a product-based or technical business.
n
- A technical mindset and the ability to understand products, troubleshoot issues and learn technical information quickly.
n
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders.
n
- The ability to remain calm, solution-focused and professional when dealing with frustrated customers or high-pressure situations.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
n
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or similar systems would be advantageous.
n
- A positive, hardworking attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
n
n
This role would suit someone from automotive, manufacturing, refrigeration, electrical, equipment, technical products or another fast-paced service environment - direct Service Coordination experience isn't essential if you have the right attitude and aptitude.
n
Must have full long-term working rights - this is a permanent full-time prospect.
