You will balance guest satisfaction, team performance, operational excellence and financial results, positioning the property as a leading accommodation destination in the Snowy Mountains.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, revenue management, owner relations and overseeing capital works while maintaining high service standards during peak snow
