Job Description

Harris Farm Markets seeks a Head of WHS and Injury Management to spearhead safety culture across 30+ stores, 3 warehouses, and supply chain operations in three states. Reporting to Group Head of Risk, Safety and Food Safety, you will lead Safety Partners and Injury Support Officers to safeguard 3,600+ Harris Farmers.

You will drive culture change, own the safety agenda, and manage the department budget to protect EBITDA through proactive risk management.
