They provide quantity surveying, cost management and commercial advisory services across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with developers, investors, asset owners and other key project stakeholders.

About the Role
n
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality quantity surveying and cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects.
n
You will be responsible for
n
n
- Managing financial reporting, cost reporting and forecasting across a portfolio of projects.
n
- Preparing, assessing and managing progress claims and payment schedules.
n
- Conducting regular site visits to assess construction progress and completed works.
n
- Providing commercial and cost management advice directly to clients and project stakeholders.
n
- Managing variations, cost assessments and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Building strong client relationships while supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
n
n
Experience Required
n
n
- 4+ years' experience within quantity surveying, cost management or a related construction/commercial environment.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
n
- Strong experience in financial reporting and progress claims.
n
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment is highly regarded.
n
- Strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, variations and project financials.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients.
n
