About the role

Ear Foundation Australia is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR professional to join in a newly created part time People & Culture Lead role.

Key responsibilities

- Provide expert advice to managers on people management matters
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Support performance management, employee relations and workforce development
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Coordinate staff training and professional development
- Support organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Provide coaching to leaders to support organisational change and build leadership capability

About you

- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations or a related field
- Demonstrated HR or People & Culture experience




- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Experience building a positive, high-performing culture in a not-for-profit setting
- Values alignment; demonstrating empathy and compassion, diversity, inclusion and cultural safety and championing our values across the workforce
