People Services Coordinator

Make an impact with our People Team!

We’re looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our People Services team and deliver responsive, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the People Services &

- Programs Advisor, you’ll work closely with employees, leaders and the broader People Team to deliver a seamless employee experience and keep things moving.

What you’ll do

- Support onboarding, employment changes and employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide responsive support to employees and leaders, resolving enquiries and escalating complex matters when needed.
- Coordinate work rights, visa and compliance requirements, including VEVO checks.
- Maintain accurate employee and HRIS records and support system improvements.
- Partner with Payroll, Recruitment and the broader People Team to resolve issues and deliver great outcomes.
- Support key People initiatives, including Capability &
- Career Conversations and the SDE Awards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the employee experience.

Desired Skills And Experience

What you’ll bring

- Experience in People Services, HR coordination or a similar HR environment.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Robust problem-solving skills and sound judgement.




- A proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with HRIS and workforce systems.
- Previous experience with work rights, or employment compliance is highly regarded.
