SAINT HAVEN is expanding, and we’re building the founding Performance Coaching team for our highly anticipated Bondi Beach club, opening next year. This is your chance to be part of something from the beginning.

SAINT HAVEN is a new kind of private wellness club, combining performance, recovery, longevity and connection in an exceptional environment.

We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable and member-obsessed Performance Coaches who want to help shape the culture and experience of our newest club.

THIS ISN’T YOUR AVERAGE PT ROLE.

You’ll deliver exceptional one-on-one, semi-private and group coaching experiences, helping members achieve meaningful and measurable results. You’ll bring a personalised, evidence-based approach to coaching and genuinely care about understanding the individual in front of you.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll ideally have:

- Certificate IV in Fitness as a minimum
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong experience in one-on-one and/or group coaching
- Excellent programming and technical coaching capability




- A genuine interest in health, performance, recovery and longevity
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- High personal and professional standards
- Availability on weekends and evenings.

Additional qualifications or experience in areas such as Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Science or other specialist modalities will be highly regarded.
