Employment: Casual

Rate: $40.17 to $55/hr (based on ongoing client hours), super and commission on top

Start date: Immediate

Weekly hours: Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week A Week In This Role

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent.

This Sounds Too Good to Be True

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.
