About the Role

n

We're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver strong service, culture and results.

You will:

- Lead service and set the standard on the floor
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
n




- Coach and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences
n
- Assist with rostering, labour control and daily reporting
n
- Maintain high service, product and compliance standards
n
- Help build strong community and team culture
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Leadership or senior supervisory experience in a pub-style venue
n
- Strong service skills and calmness under pressure
n
- Confident communicator and natural team motivator
n
- Solid understanding of labour, operations and RSA compliance
n
- Availability across evenings and weekends.
n
- Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about their team and guests.
