Special Projects & Implementations Manager

Job Responsibilities

n

- Successfully deliver end-to-end share plan implementation projects onto the Shareworks administration platform.
n
- Act as the primary contact for new corporate clients throughout the implementation, establishing the foundation for partnership-based relationships with corporate clients as they transition from implementation to client service.
n
- Provide transparent and timely project updates to internal and external stakeholders by maintaining project management resources and leading project governance meetings.
n
- Maintain client engagement by setting explicit expectations for stakeholders with regards to data and project deliverables.
n
- Interpret corporate client requirements based on share plan documentation and identify appropriate solutions, implementation scope, and estimated timelines.
n
- Prepare and migrate historical share plan data to Shareworks, including but not limited to these activities: Review and extraction of relevant historical data, Transformation of source data into acceptable Shareworks data formats, Identification of data inconsistencies for corporate client review.

- Perform reconciliation of project data and configurations based on approved standard specifications and client requirements.
n
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Business Unit Risk to ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to related to share plan administration and the provision of financial services.

- Continuously build your technical capabilities and industry knowledge with a focus on developing an expert understanding of the Shareworks platform and how share plan trends are evolving over time.
n
- Support the long-term evolution of the Special Projects and Implementations department by contributing to goal-setting activities, workshops, and other strategic initiatives.
n
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless transition from implementations to operations on completion of projects – including robustly documenting client requirements and processes.

Requirements

n

n
- Previous relevant experience in share plan administration, client service, project management, SAAS implementations, and / or financial services.
n
- Experience managing all aspects of a project including: Project plan creation, stakeholder management, milestone governance, and technical project execution.
n
- Confident working with MS Office suite of products including Excel, Project, Outlook, and
n
- Ability to confidently manage client expectations, communicate deliverables, and elevate at-risk milestones.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required to interact with cross functional departments and implementation stakeholders.
n
- Understanding of the share plan industry and familiarity with equity administration platforms is highly beneficial.
n
- Experience working on client implementations or corporate onboardings, data migration projects, and / or technology system configurations.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or similar area.
n

Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).

n

This is a full time role based in Sydney office.

n

Salary range $70k – 80k base
