As a valued member of our bakery, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience.

Task & responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with menu or product selections.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders, including coffee and other hot and cold drinks.
- Prepare basic beverages, operate coffee equipment, and maintain service areas and equipment.
- Clear and clean tables, counters, dishes, glasses, and customer service areas.
- Process payments using EFTPOS, cash registers, and point-of-sale systems.
- Replenish and display food, beverages, and retail products,



including promotional items and specials.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, workplace health and safety, and relevant hospitality regulations.
- Assist team members during busy service periods to ensure efficient customer service.

Qualification & experience

- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Hospitality Worker
- Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
