Production & Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description

What you will be doing
- Direct daily production, inbound, outbound, and material line feeding operations, driving improvements in productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
- Champion a zero-harm, safety-first culture by positively influencing team behaviors and maintaining compliance with regulatory, legal, and ISO quality standards
- Develop and coach a multi-skilled, flexible workforce through structured training, shift planning, and performance management to maximize resource utilization
- Define strategy and deliver on SQDICP targets - safety, quality, delivery, continuous improvement, conversion costs, and budget - across production and warehouse
- Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect initiatives through employee engagement, 5S leadership, and Lean methodologies
- Act as designated backup for the GPA/GNZ Production & Warehouse Manager, providing leadership oversight, managing escalations, and sustaining operational continuity
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive manufacturing leader with strong people management skills, Lean mindset,
and the operational breadth to oversee both production and warehouse functions in a fast-paced workplace. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in mechatronics, mechanical, or electronics engineering - or 8-10 years equivalent experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
- Proven frontline team management experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and safety management
It is a plus if you also
- Product knowledge of the Grundfos range or similar pump/flow technology products
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and driving cultural change
- Familiarity with direct labor cost calculation and budget management
