LinQ Minerals Limited has need for a site-based Project Geologist to join our discovery team.

The role will be rostered to West Wyalong, NSW.

n

The Project Geologist will conduct geological fieldwork, including drill hole logging, geological mapping, assisting management of drilling operations, interpreting geological and geophysical data and periodic reporting.

The role requires effective planning and supervision to ensure Project timelines and objectives are met.

LinQ Minerals Limited owns and operates the large-scale copper and gold, Gilmore Project which is in the renowned Macquarie Arc in NSW.

n

The project boasts a significant Mineral Resource, estimated at over 500 million tonnes containing 3.7 million ounces of gold and 1.2 million tonnes of copper.

Requirements for the Role

n

n
- Willing to work in a small, agile team
n




- Qualification of Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geology. Honours and post graduate qualifications will be well considered
n
- Skilled in Field Work including supervising exploration programs (particularly RC/ Diamond core drilling operations)
n
- Strong skills in Geological Logging and Interpretation of geological, geophysical and geochemical information
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with the team and communicate with stakeholders
n
- Experience with large-scale porphyry copper and epithermal gold projects is highly desirable
n
- Valid driver's license and a secure driving record
