Job Description
We're seeking a Property Management Team Leader to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of 10; made up of Property Managers and leasing assistants. This is a hands‐on leadership role where your main focus is to provide support and guidance to your team (you will not have a portfolio of your own). You will be reporting into the General Manager of Property Management.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Mentor, train, and support a team made up of; Property Managers, Property Consultants and a BDM
n
- Oversee day‐to‐day property management operations with a focus on quality service and compliance
n
- Ensure Rental Providers are kept up to date, arrears are managed, and inspections/reviews are completed on time
n
- Represent clients at VCAT hearings and manage tribunal paperwork when required
n
- Drive new business opportunities and minimise lost managements
n
- Provide hands‐on support by covering Property Managers when needed
n
- Other ad hoc duties in line with a Team Leader
n

What you'll bring:
n
n
- Extensive experience in residential Property Management and a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
n
- Prior Team Leader experience in Property Management
n
- Strong leadership, mentoring and problem‐solving skills
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle demanding situations professionally
n
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
n
