Join ASC as a Configuration Change Lead and support the delivery of Configuration Management activities across Australia's submarine sustainment programs.

n

Reporting to the Configuration Manager, you'll lead a team of Configuration professionals responsible for maintaining configuration baselines, coordinating change activities and ensuring Configuration Management outputs are delivered accurately and on schedule.

n

Working closely with Engineering, Projects and Defence stakeholders, you'll help deliver practical Configuration Management outcomes that support submarine maintenance and sustainment activities.

Responsibilities

n

Lead the delivery of Configuration Management activities across submarine sustainment programs.

n

Maintain configuration baselines and drive configuration change outcomes to meet critical project milestones.

n

Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of Configuration Management professionals.

n

Work closely with Engineering, Projects and Defence stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver results.

n

Champion quality, compliance and continuous improvement within the Configuration Management function.

n

About You

n

Demonstrable Configuration Management experience within Defence, maritime, engineering or other complex technical environments.

n

Proven experience managing configuration baselines, change processes and delivery outcomes in regulated environments.

n

Robust leadership capability with experience mentoring teams, prioritising workloads and driving performance.

n

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Projects and customer organisations.

n

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
