About the Role

HPS is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at HPS Alexander Avenue in Ashford. This role offers the opportunity to work within a specialist oncology pharmacy environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Working alongside experienced pharmacists, technicians and healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in promoting medication safety, optimising therapy outcomes and supporting exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients
- Review chemotherapy and supportive care treatment regimens
- Support safe preparation and supply of oncology medications
- Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote medication safety and quality use of medicines
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities
- Provide medication counselling and education where required

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
- Oncology pharmacy experience highly regarded
- Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities




- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
